1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AI StoryFlow Studio ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI StoryFlow Studio is a platform that uses AI to help users create, translate, and publish video content. Core features (video assembly, show management) are free; AI generation features (scripting, voice, scene creation) require purchased credits.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email or phone number and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (scripts, audio, images, video).
You retain ownership of AI-generated outputs produced using your account.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or publish.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).

6. Credits and billing

Credits are consumed when you run AI generation tasks. Credit costs are shown before you start a task.
Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Subscription plans auto-renew monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payments; we never store your card details.

7. Third-party integrations

Connecting YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms is governed by the respective platform's terms. We act on your explicit instructions and do not publish content without your authorization.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
