Standard operating procedure

Use AI StoryFlow Studio with a repeatable production workflow.

Follow this SOP to create, translate, review, publish, and archive videos consistently.

1. Plan the video

  • Define the audience, purpose, language, target length, and platform.
  • Choose the video type: one-off, episode, translation, short, or standard video.
  • Prepare any source material: prompt, script, audio file, existing video, or comments.

2. Create the source content

  • Use prompt-to-video for new ideas, script-to-video for approved narration, or audio-to-video for existing recordings.
  • For series content, select the correct show before generating the next episode.
  • Choose the correct visual style and video format before starting generation.

3. Review before export

  • Check the script or transcript for accuracy and tone.
  • Confirm visuals match the current narration and change any mismatched scene plan if needed.
  • Review voice, captions, timing, language, and final video playback.

4. Translate or localize

  • Use video translation for generated videos or user-uploaded videos.
  • Confirm translated subtitles stay aligned with the original audio.
  • If original subtitles exist, verify the translated subtitles appear below them without overlap.

5. Prepare for publishing

  • Review the title, description, hashtags, thumbnail, and platform format.
  • Publish only to connected and enabled platforms.
  • Use scheduling when the video should go live at a specific time.

6. Archive and improve

  • Keep the final video, captions, source files, and notes organized.
  • Reuse successful prompts, styles, show settings, and publishing metadata.
  • Track issues and update the workflow when a repeated problem appears.
